Kalidou Koulibaly has issued an apology for Napoli's defeat, his injury and his involvement in ParmaÃ¢Â€Â™s first goal during SaturdayÃ¢Â€Â™s Serie A encounter.

After the game, which stretched NapoliÃ¢Â€Â™s winless run to eight Serie A games, the club confirmed the centre-back has suffered a hamstring injury and he is expected to undergo further examinations to determine the severity of the damage.
